Delete in the app
Open Unwindy, go to Settings, and choose Delete account and data. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion
Open Settings, choose Delete account and data, then confirm. Anonymous users confirm directly; linked users must sign in again within five minutes before deletion. The app removes account-backed Firebase data and local/App Group data, then starts a fresh anonymous session.
If you cannot access the app, email support@unwindy.app from the email address linked to your account and include the app name. We may need to verify your identity. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
We coordinate deletion or reset requests with our service providers. Some provider erasure requests can be asynchronous; support can confirm status. Limited information may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution obligations.
